Transform Your Daily Restorative Dentistry

Posterior composites are routine but consistent, high-quality results sometimes aren’t. Sensitivity, marginal staining, and recurrent decay frequently stem from small operator errors made during placement.

Posterior Direct Resin Mastery is a practical, evidence-based two-day course that teaches you streamlined protocols for beautiful, reliable Class I and II composites using minimal shades, familiar instruments, and realistic clinical timelines. Includes 16 Hours CPD (CE).

Key Concepts you'll learn:

  • When posterior composites are predictable and when they aren’t
  • Preparation designs that reduce voids, bond failure, and sensitivity
  • How to use modern tools like particle abrasion and sonic tips
  • Occlusal assessment for minimal adjustment
  • Choosing the right matrix system
  • Practical rubber dam isolation tips

Extensive hands-on experience

Start with a simple Class I restoration, then progress through four targeted exercises:

  1. Class I with palatal extension (polychromatic layering)
  2. Class II with bichromatic layering and streamlined finishing
  3. Class II with deep margins and a missing cusp (direct resin onlay)
  4. Class II: Bulkfill en single-shade resin

Live demos, open Q&A throughout, and close individual guidance ensure you leave confident and ready to apply everything in practice.
